Who this was for.
One of India's largest IT services companies, selling to travel, BFSI, manufacturing, insurance and media buyers in the USA, UK, Germany and India.
What stood in the way.
Leads that sales did not accept
The company had a strong outbound sales team and a website with traffic. Marketing leads converted to sales-accepted leads (SAL) at 0.22%, so almost nothing marketing produced reached a salesperson.
A site that did not guide buyers
The site architecture did not match how buyers search, and there was no resource section that gave a prospect a reason to leave their details or return.
The work, in detail.
Rebuilt the site structure for search
Information architecture rebuilt and expanded around the services and verticals buyers search for, with on-page SEO across it.
Added a blog and a gated resource section
Search-led articles briefed to the company's experts, plus case studies and whitepapers behind forms.
Ran search and LinkedIn campaigns into it
Search campaigns to dedicated landing pages. LinkedIn sponsored ads to the resources and text ads by vertical, with the LinkedIn budget 21% above search.
Nurtured every contact in Pardot
Personas, lead scoring and automated email workflows, so leads reached sales scored and with their history.
